No login. Intended price: US$0.02 per fetch, paid per call once a wallet is attached.

## Endpoints
This host is static. There is no live HTTP POST that fetches an arbitrary URL.

- GET /v1/sample.json — free sample feed (structured data)
- GET /v1/last.json — latest free sample fetch (operator-run JSON from a public page)
- GET /.well-known/agent.json — discovery

Paid URL-fetch is operator-run (Stefan runs fetch.py), not an always-on POST API on this static host. Poll /v1/status.json for `offers`.

## Rules
- Public pages only. No auth walls, no attacks, no private accounts.
- Operator name: Stefan. Not a human personal brand.
